Order process

1. Once you created your own BRUM BEAR and put it in the shopping bag you’ll only need to fill in your personal information including your shipping address. 
2. In order to finish your purchase you’ll be directed to a secure payment site powered by SIMPLE PAY where you can pay by card or money transfer.
3. After successful payment, we will send you a confirmation email and the invoice attached.

Our duty is to prepare your newest companion and deliver it to the address provided as soon as possible.

During the manufacturing process we weigh every BRUM BEAR, personalize it by using a unique information holder chip and issue a passport containing every information of your own BRUM BEAR. As every BRUM BEAR is a unique and premium product, the manufacturing process can take up to 4-6 days.

All packages are delivered by UPS, domestic shipping usually takes 1-3 business days, European shipping may take 2-6 business days, and international shipping may take up to 15 days.
